The wheel-mounted mobile cone crusher utilizes inter-particle (laminated) crushing technology driven by an eccentric drive assembly, causing the mantle cone to gyrate continuously within the stationary bowl cavity.

High-Efficiency Laminated Compression: As the moving cone approaches the fixed bowl liner, raw material undergoes multi-directional compression and shearing forces. This inter-particle rock-on-rock crushing maximizes reduction efficiency while producing uniform, cubical aggregates.
Continuous Gravity Discharge: When the cone gyrates away from the liner, the discharge gap opens, allowing properly sized material to fall by gravity onto the discharge conveyor for uninterrupted production.
Automated Tramp Iron Protection: If uncrushable metal enters the chamber, the hydraulic/spring release system lifts the bowl assembly to safely pass the object without damaging mechanical components, automatically resetting immediately after.
Rapid Hydraulic Cavity Clearing: In case of sudden power loss or feed blockages, the integrated hydraulic clearing system lifts the bowl to clear choked material within minutes, minimizing operational downtime.

A high-torque electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve via belt drive and precision couplings, causing the main shaft and mantle cone to gyrate continuously within the stationary bowl cavity.

High-Efficiency Laminated Compression: As the moving cone approaches the fixed bowl liner, the crushing chamber narrows. Raw material is subjected to multi-directional compression, impact, and shearing forces. The inter-particle (laminated) crushing mechanics force rock to fracture against rock, significantly increasing reduction efficiency while delivering highly uniform, cubical finished aggregates.
Continuous Gravity Discharge: As the moving cone gyrates away from the fixed liner, the discharge opening widens, allowing material that meets target size specifications to fall by gravity to the underlying discharge conveyor. This high-frequency cycle repeats continuously for uninterrupted high-capacity output.
Automated Tramp Iron & Overload Protection: If uncrushable tramp metal or hard debris enters the chamber, the heavy-duty hydraulic/spring release system automatically lifts the bowl or lowers the main shaft. This allows the non-crushable object to pass safely through without damaging critical mechanical drive components, automatically resetting to the original setting immediately afterward.
Rapid Hydraulic Cavity Clearing: Integrated hydraulic clearing lifts the bowl to clear choked material within minutes during sudden power loss or feed blockages.
