Pulse Dust Collector: Product Description

◎Pulse dust collector is a pulse jet bag filter that captures dust from industrial gas streams and returns it to the process. The DMC series runs ten models, from DMC-32 at 1500 m3/h to DMC-240 at 21600 m3/h, with filter areas from 24 to 240 m2.

◎Dust-laden gas enters the filter chamber and passes through the filter bags from the outside in. Dust is trapped on the outer surface and clean gas leaves through the chimney. A controller fires the pulse valves in sequence and releases compressed air into each bag, so the dust cake drops into the hopper while the fan keeps running.

◎The unit serves cement, metallurgy, chemical, food and pharmaceutical plants. It controls dust from raw material crushing, grinding, packaging, steelmaking, ironmaking, heat treatment and material transportation. Inlet dust density reaches 200 g/m3 and outlet density stays at 50 mg/m3.

◎Collected dust is often valuable material, not waste. A screw conveyor and a rotary discharge valve move it out of the hopper and back into the process, which cuts raw material loss and landfill cost at the same time. Send your gas volume, inlet dust density and temperature for a matched model.

Pulse Dust Collector

99.9% Dust Removal Rate

Filter bags trap dust on the outer surface and the pulse jet system clears them on line. The unit removes up to 99.9% of dust.

Pulse Dust Collector

Ten Models, 24 to 240 m2

Ten DMC models cover 1500 to 21600 m3/h and 24 to 240 m2 of filter area, so one series fits small lines and large kiln systems.

Pulse Dust Collector

Pulse Jet Bag Cleaning

A controller fires the pulse valves and sends compressed air into each bag. The bag expands and the dust cake drops into the hopper.

Pulse Dust Collector

Outlet Dust at 50 mg/m3

Inlet dust density reaches 200 g/m3 and outlet density stays at 50 mg/m3, so stacks stay inside limits and downstream fans stay clean.

Pulse Dust Collector

Recovers Dust, Cuts Waste

Dust from crushing, grinding and packaging is valuable material, not waste. The discharge valve returns it to the process.

Pulse Dust Collector: 3 Reasons to Choose

◎Removal Efficiency up to 99.9%

Filter bags catch dust on the outer surface, and a pulse jet system cleans them on line, so the fan never stops. Outlet dust density stays at 50 mg/m3 against an inlet of 200 g/m3. That keeps stacks inside emission limits and protects downstream equipment.

◎Ten Sizes, One Control Logic

Ten DMC models run from 1500 to 21600 m3/h and 24 to 240 m2 of filter area. Small packaging lines and large cement kiln systems use the same bag, valve and controller design. Spare parts stay common across the whole series.

◎Dust Becomes Material Again

Dust collected from crushing, grinding, steelmaking and material handling is often valuable product, not waste. The hopper and the rotary discharge valve return it to the process. Plants cut raw material loss and landfill cost at the same time.

How the Pulse Dust Collector Works

◎Dust-laden gas enters the pulse dust collector through the inlet duct and flows into the filter chamber. The gas passes through the filter bags from the outside in. Dust is trapped on the outer surface of the bags, and clean gas passes through the fabric into the clean air chamber above. A fan pushes the clean gas out through the chimney.

◎As dust builds on the bags, the pressure difference across them grows. A controller reads that difference and fires the pulse valves in sequence. Each valve releases a short burst of compressed air into the blow pipe and through the venturi at the top of a bag. The burst expands the bag and drops the dust cake into the hopper.

◎Cleaning runs on line, bag by bag, so the fan keeps working and the process never stops. The bags hang on a perforated plate and are held open by steel cages that stop the fabric from collapsing during each pulse. Bag size is 120 x 2000 mm or 130 x 2500 mm depending on model, and a DMC-240 unit carries 240 bags.

◎Dust in the hopper is removed by a screw conveyor and a rotary discharge valve, then returned to the process or sent to storage. Gas leaves the bags before it reaches the chimney, so outlet dust density stays at 50 mg/m3 even when inlet density reaches 200 g/m3.

◎The unit runs closed. Gas, dust and cleaning air all stay inside the casing, so the working area stays clean and nearby equipment is protected. Ten models cover 1500 to 21600 m3/h and share the same pulse jet cleaning logic.

Common Problems

This section is designed to address the most pressing inquiries customers may have regarding the daily operation, maintenance, product advantages, and after-sales service of our machine. Our aim is to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of our overall capabilities and enable you to make informed decisions for your projects.

It serves cement, metallurgy, chemical, food and pharmaceutical plants. It handles dust from raw material crushing, grinding, packaging, steelmaking, ironmaking, heat treatment and material transportation. Any process that breaks or moves solid material makes dust this unit can capture.

Up to 99.9%. Inlet dust density can reach 200 g/m3, and outlet density stays at 50 mg/m3. That keeps the stack inside emission limits and protects fans, ducts and downstream equipment from abrasive dust.

A controller fires pulse valves in sequence. Each valve releases a burst of compressed air into the blow pipe and through the venturi at the top of a bag. The bag expands, the dust cake cracks and falls into the hopper. Cleaning runs on line, so the fan keeps working.

Ten models run from 1500 to 21600 m3/h, with filter areas from 24 to 240 m2 and 32 to 240 filter bags. DMC-32 is the smallest and DMC-240 the largest. Send your gas volume, inlet dust density and temperature for a matched model.

Both use filter bags. A pulse dust collector cleans its bags with short compressed air pulses while the unit keeps running, so it needs no reverse air fan and no off line cycling. That makes it smaller, simpler and cheaper to run on a single process line.

Bag life depends on gas temperature, moisture, dust abrasiveness and how often the unit pulses. Check the pressure difference across the bags on a fixed schedule. When cleaning no longer brings the difference back down, inspect the bags and replace them as a set.

Often yes. Dust captured from crushing, grinding and packaging is frequently valuable product rather than waste. A screw conveyor and a rotary discharge valve move it out of the hopper, and it can go back into the process or into storage.

Price depends on model, air volume, filter area, bag material, inlet dust density, gas temperature and the fan and ductwork in the set. Send your process data for a quotation.
