Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant

All-in-One Integrated Design

The mobile crushing and screening plant combines a feeder, mobile jaw crusher, impact crusher, and screen onto a single chassis. This self-contained, closed-circuit setup streamlines the entire aggregate production line for maximum output.

Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant

Zero Infrastructure & Rapid Deployment

Unlike permanent setups requiring complex civil works, this mobile crusher requires no foundation. It starts operating immediately upon arrival and power connection, drastically cutting down installation time and initial investment.

Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant

Efficient Medium-Hard Stone Processing

Optimized for limestone, bluestone, and dolomite, the combined jaw and impact crushing process breaks down large rocks effectively, delivering uniform particle sizes and high-quality final products.

Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant

Eco-Friendly Construction Waste Recycling

This mobile crushing and screening equipment goes directly to demolition sites to process concrete and asphalt. Equipped with optional magnetic separators, it turns waste into valuable recycled aggregates on-site.

Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant

Exceptional Mobility & Low Transport Costs

Built on heavy-duty tire or crawler chassis, the mobile crushing station transfers easily between dispersed sites. Bringing the mobile stone crusher directly to the material source eliminates long-distance hauling expenses.

Suitable Applications & Material Adaptability

  • Medium and Low Hardness Stone Processing (Limestone, Bluestone, Dolomite, etc.)

    • Designed for materials with a compressive strength of  ≤350 MPa, this setup leverages a synergistic jaw and impact crusher combination. The primary mobile jaw crusher efficiently reduces large boulders into smaller fragments, significantly lowering the mechanical operating load on the secondary impact crusher and maximizing overall throughput.

  • High-Efficiency Construction Waste Recycling

    • Capable of moving straight into urban demolition zones, this mobile crushing and screening equipment processes concrete blocks, asphalt pavement, and masonry waste on-site, converting environmental burdens into high-value recycled aggregates.

  • Scattered Mining & Short-Term Projects

    • Perfectly structured for decentralized sand and gravel pits with tight operational timelines, avoiding the high capital expenditure and geographical constraints of fixed-plant setups.

Working Principle of the Integrated Crushing Line

The operational workflow of our mobile crushing and screening plant is engineered as a highly efficient, closed-circuit system designed to maximize throughput and deliver superior aggregate quality. By seamlessly integrating multiple mechanical units onto a single tire or crawler chassis, this complete aggregate production line operates through the following stages:

  1. Controlled Feeding and Primary Jaw Crushing:The process begins when raw materials—such as quarry stones, limestone, or construction debris—are loaded into the heavy-duty vibrating feeder. The feeder evenly channels the material into the primary mobile jaw crusher. Here, the mobile jaw crusher applies tremendous compressive force to break down large, hard boulders into smaller, manageable fragments. This crucial coarse-crushing step effectively reduces raw material dimensions and substantially lowers the mechanical operating load on the downstream equipment within the mobile crushing station.

  2. Secondary Impact Crushing and Particle Shaping:Once primary reduction is complete, the pre-crushed fragments are conveyed to the secondary impact crusher. Unlike compression-only crushers, this stage utilizes high-speed kinetic energy to shatter the stone, optimizing particle size distribution and producing well-shaped, cubical aggregates. The synergistic combination of the primary jaw crusher and the secondary impactor ensures that the final output strictly meets commercial gradation requirements.

  3. Closed-Circuit Screening and Material Conveying:The crushed materials are then discharged onto an integrated multi-deck vibrating screen. This screen separates the output into different fractions: qualified finished products are transported to stockpiles via discharge belts, while oversized stones are automatically recirculated back through the crushing loop.

Common Problems

This section is designed to address the most pressing inquiries customers may have regarding the daily operation, maintenance, product advantages, and after-sales service of our machine. Our aim is to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of our overall capabilities and enable you to make informed decisions for your projects.

A mobile crushing and screening plant is an all-in-one, self-contained mobile crushing station mounted on a tire or crawler chassis. It integrates a feeder, primary mobile jaw crusher, secondary impact crusher, and vibrating screen into a complete aggregate production line. Raw materials are fed, crushed, and sorted in a continuous closed-circuit workflow directly on-site.

The biggest advantages of a mobile crusher are zero civil infrastructure requirements, instant on-site deployment, and exceptional mobility. By eliminating permanent concrete foundations and long-distance material hauling, a mobile stone crusher drastically cuts down setup time, initial investment costs, and operational logistics.

This mobile crushing station is ideal for processing medium and low-hardness stones (≤350 MPa ) such as limestone, bluestone, and dolomite. It is also widely utilized for construction waste recycling (crushing concrete and asphalt debris into recycled aggregates) and short-term, dispersed mining projects.

Yes. The modular design of the mobile crushing and screening plant allows for flexible configurations. Depending on your raw material properties and final product requirements, you can easily integrate pre-screening units, different crusher combinations, or magnetic iron separators into the setup.

In our aggregate production line, the primary mobile jaw crusher handles heavy coarse reduction, breaking large boulders down into smaller fragments. This process efficiently reduces the mechanical operating load on the downstream impact crusher, which then refines the stone shape and ensures precise final particle sizing.

No. One of the core benefits of any advanced mobile crushing and screening plant is its ability to operate on hardened flat ground without pouring permanent concrete foundations. This enables rapid installation and allows operators to start production immediately upon arriving at the job site.

Yes. Modern designs incorporate fully enclosed structural elements, high-efficiency spray dust-suppression systems, and optional magnetic separators. These features help the mobile crushing station comply with strict environmental regulations and control dust pollution during urban or site operations.

Choosing the right mobile crusher depends on your raw material hardness, maximum feed size, required hourly capacity, and final aggregate gradation specifications. Sharing your specific project details with our technical team allows us to recommend the ideal custom configuration for your business.
