1. Jaw crushers are generally used in the coarse crushing of iron ore, and are suitable for crushing large ores of 70-80 cm to below 20-30 cm. They have the characteristics of large crushing ratio, wear resistance, and low energy consumption. The jaw crusher used for crushing has an output of 50-1000 tons, and there are two types: ordinary jaw crusher and European version jaw crusher. Various models can meet different production needs.

2. In the medium crushing stage, the cone crusher is the carrier in the field of crushing medium and hard materials, and is welcomed by the industry. On the one hand, the equipment is wear-resistant and has a high degree of intelligence; on the other hand, the grain shape and output of the finished product are considerable. Cone crushers can produce 700-800 tons per hour, and stones below 30 cm can be processed into sizes below 5 cm, including single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers.

3. In the stage of fine crushing, choose impact crushing iron ore for fine crushing to meet the needs of subsequent grinding. More crushing and less grinding can improve production efficiency. The sand making machine is mainly used for fine crushing, with a production capacity of more than 50-600 tons. The sand making machine adopts impact crushing, and the stone below 5 cm can be processed to below 5 mm.
