Jaw Crusher
How to adjust the ore particle size of jaw crusher
1. Hydraulic adjustment
A hydraulic drive cylinder is installed at the position of the adjusting device to adjust the discharging granularity. When foreign matter enters the crushing cavity of the entire set of stone crusher equipment, in order to prevent damage to the machine, the rear thrust plate serves as a safety device for the stone crusher. The entire set of crusher equipment adopts a hydraulic safety device, which is safe, reliable and easy to break down. The size of the ore outlet can also be adjusted.
2. Washer adjustment
Open the adjusting seat with the jacking bolts, check the rear thrust plate bracket and the rear wall of the frame, and put in or take out a set of equal-thickness gaskets. By increasing or decreasing the number of gasket layers, the discharge opening of the jaw crusher is reduced or increased. The gasket adjustment method is simple and is a quick method to adjust the ore particle size.
3. Adjustment of support device
The support device of the entire set of gravel crusher equipment is mainly used to support the eccentric shaft and suspension shaft to fix them on the frame. Plain bearings and rolling bearings can be used as supporting devices. Large and medium-sized gravel crushers generally use sliding bearings cast from Babbitt alloy, which can withstand large impact loads and are relatively wear-resistant, but have low operating efficiency and require forced lubrication. At present, rolling bearings have gradually replaced sliding bearings, which not only reduce friction losses, but also have the advantages of simple maintenance, good lubrication conditions, and less oil leakage. Adjustment of the support device can also control the size of the ore outlet.
4. Wedge adjustment
The wedge adjustment of the entire set of gravel crusher equipment is mainly achieved through the relative movement of the two wedges between the rear thrust plate bracket and the rear wall of the bracket. The nut on the bolt makes the wedge move up and down along the rear wall of the frame, driving the front wedge to move forward or backward, pushing the thrust plate or movable jaw, thereby realizing the adjustment of the ore outlet.
