1. Abnormal supply of cooling water

Check the pipeline switch, check whether the switch of the cooling water pipe is not opened or not fully opened, whether it is blocked, and whether the cooling water pump is faulty. The corresponding troubleshooting methods are: dredge the blocked pipeline, and eliminate the failure of the water pump and the motor.Second, the lubricating oil is contaminated

The working environment of the crushing station is poor and there is a lot of dust. After half a year of use of the lubricating oil, the dust is mixed into it, resulting in poor lubrication effect and an increase in oil temperature. Solution: Regular sampling and testing. Once the technical indicators of the lubricating oil are found to be abnormal, the lubricating oil should be updated in time.

3. Oil pump gear wear leads to low oil pressure

The oil pressure of the crusher is mainly guaranteed by the coordination accuracy of the helical gear oil pump. If the gears are worn, the oil pressure will drop, causing the oil temperature to rise. The solution is to replace the oil pump.

4. Not enough oil

If the pipeline flange leaks oil, the solution is: if the flange bolts are loose due to vibration and oil leaks, tighten or replace the bolts; if the oil pipe flange seal ring is injured due to carelessness during the installation process, replace the seal ring .

If the oil pipe leaks, the solution is: according to the degree of damage to the oil pipe, replace the oil pipe or repair it with electric welding, and then add a protective baffle on this section of the oil pipe.

If the gap between the eccentric sleeve and the snap ring in the middle of the dust cover is not adjusted properly, the solution is: when installing the eccentric sleeve, adjust the pad iron at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve, and check the size between the top of the eccentric sleeve and the bottom of the dust cover to ensure.
