According to the occasions where the vibrating screen is used and the role it plays in vibration, different types of vibrating screens are selected. Usually, circular vibrating screens are used for pre-screening of materials; large circular vibrating screens, probability screens, etc. are used for grading and screening of materials after primary and secondary crushing; linear vibrating screens are used for dehydration and other media removal treatments of materials; probability screens are used for mud removal and sand removal of materials.

When choosing a circular vibrating screen, it is also necessary to consider the overall capacity of the sand making production line, screening method, screening efficiency, and the inclination angle of the circular vibrating screen installation. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of particle size and output of machine-made sand products, non-metallic screen surface with larger screen hole size, larger efficient screening area, suitable screen hole shape and high screen surface opening rate should be selected as much as possible. At the same time, the installation angle of the circular vibrating screen should be adjusted to 15 degrees. This can effectively improve the effect and efficiency of screening materials.
