The jaw crusher is a crushing cavity composed of two jaw plates, the movable jaw and the static jaw. When using the jaw crusher, it must be lubricated and maintained. Mechanical maintenance is an important part of its work. It must cooperate closely with its operation and maintenance, and arrange full-time personnel to supervise. The lubrication and maintenance of the jaw crusher can be divided into two parts, one is installation and commissioning, and the other is mechanical daily maintenance.
 

1. The equipment must be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fastened with anchor bolts;

2. When installing, pay attention that the main body is perpendicular to the horizontal direction, and set the power supply and control switch according to the power of the device;

3. After installation, check whether the bolts of all parts are loose, and tighten the door of the main engine, if necessary, please tighten it;

4. After the inspection is completed, carry out the no-load test.

5. The bearing carries all the loads of the machine, so whether the lubrication is good or not has an important impact on the life and operation of the bearing. Therefore, the lubrication should be clean and the seal should be good. The main lubrication parts of this machine tool: rolling bearings, roller bearings, All gears, movable bearings, sliding planes;

6. The newly assembled tires are easy to loosen and should be checked regularly;

7. Check whether all parts of the machine are working well.
