How does the cone crusher discharge foreign objects
When foreign objects pass through the crushing cavity of the cone crusher or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic cylinder safety system realizes insurance, the ore discharge port is increased, and the foreign objects are discharged from the crushing cavity. The ore discharge continues to increase, so that foreign objects are excluded from the crushing cavity. Under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the ore discharge port is automatically reset and the machine resumes normal work. 1. When the cone crusher is working, the motor rotates through a pulley or a coupling, the cone crusher transmission shaft and the cone crusher cone part under the eccentric sleeve to make a swinging motion around a fixed point. 2. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear, so that the crushing cone swings. The crushing cone sometimes approaches and leaves the fixed cone to complete crushing and discharge. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is compressed by a spring. When an unbreakable object such as a metal block falls into the crusher, the hydraulic cylinder is compressed and deformed, and foreign objects are discharged to achieve insurance and prevent damage to the machine.
3. When the unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing cavity or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic cylinder insurance system of the cone crusher achieves insurance, and the discharge port of the cone crusher increases. Foreign matter is discharged from the crushing cavity of the cone crusher. If the foreign matter is stuck in the ore discharge, the cavity clearing system can be used to continue to increase the ore discharge and the foreign matter is discharged from the crushing cavity of the cone crusher.
4. The cone crusher is automatically reset by the hydraulic cylinder, and the cone crusher machine resumes normal operation. The surface of the crushing cavity is covered with wear-resistant high-manganese steel lining board. The size of the mine outlet is adjusted hydraulically or manually.
