1. Lubrication problem. The main shaft and bearings of the hydraulic cone crusher require sufficient lubrication to ensure smooth rotation. Check whether the lubrication system is operating normally, add appropriate lubricants, and ensure that the quality and viscosity of the lubricating oil are appropriate.
2. Bearing problem. The main shaft and bearings of the hydraulic cone crusher may be worn or damaged, resulting in inflexible rotation. Check the bearing condition and replace damaged bearings if necessary.
3. Impurities or contaminants. Impurities or contaminants may enter the bearings or lubrication system and interfere with the normal rotation of the main shaft. Ensure that the surrounding environment of the hydraulic cone crusher is clean to avoid impurities.
4. Blockage of the crushing chamber. If the material or gravel in the crushing chamber blocks the main shaft, it may cause inflexible rotation. Clean the crushing chamber to eliminate the blockage.
5. Over-tightening. If the fastening bolts at the main shaft and bearing of the hydraulic cone crusher are too tight, it may cause inflexible rotation. Loosen the fastening bolts to reduce the tightening force.
