The wet drum magnetic separator is designed for continuous recovery and concentration of ferromagnetic minerals. It processes slurry mixtures efficiently using a high-intensity permanent magnet system. The machine features three tank configurations: CTS concurrent, CTN counter-current, and CTB semi-counter-current flow models. During operation, iron ore particles, magnetite, and heavy media are drawn to the rotating stainless steel drum surface. Non-magnetic tailings discharge automatically, while captured magnetic minerals are continuously washed into the concentrate outlet. Its durable drum shell, wear-resistant coating, and low power consumption lower operating costs in mineral processing plants. CTS concurrent tank handles coarse feed particles up to six millimeters. CTN counter-current tank targets fine slime recovery. CTB semi-counter-current tank suits roughing and finishing stages.

Our wet drum magnetic separation equipment offers low and medium intensity magnetic fields. Surface intensity ranges from 100 to 300 millitesla based on target minerals.

The machine processes magnetite, titanomagnetite, pyrrhotite, and ferrosilicon. It removes tramp iron and recovers heavy medium slurry effectively.

The stationary magnetic circuit uses high-energy ferrite or NdFeB permanent magnets. It operates continuously without electric power consumption for magnetic field creation.

The stainless steel drum shell is coated with durable vulcanized rubber or polyurethane lining. This prevents abrasion and extends operational service life.
