This 250 tons per hour river stone crushing plant is a stationary crushing system designed to process natural river stone into high-quality construction aggregates. Primary Crushing Stage
The max feed size of large river stone is 630mm, and it is uniformly fed into PE750×1060 jaw crusher by ZSW490×110 vibrating feeder. The primary reduction, in this case with a jaw crusher, reduces the large river stone raw material into smaller parts. The PE series is a heavy-duty primary crusher that uses the finest crushing force in normal operation.
Secondary Crushing and Shaping Stage
After the primary reduction, the material is passed on to a belt conveyor that transports it to the XHP300 hydraulic impactor for secondary crushing. HST series single cylinder cone crusher with hydraulic-driven system is a kind of new type high efficient crushing equipment which is developed by our engineers through over 20 years effort. With the hydraulic adjustment system, operators can create a specific desired size and shape (width) at the discharge opening.This stage is critical for producing
high-quality aggregates that meet the demanding specifications of modern

Screening and Classification Stage
Then, the materials are sent to 3YK2470 circular vibrating screen for final screening and classification after secondary crushing. The crushed river stone is fed into this high-efficiency screening unit where it was screened at the required three final product sizes, 0-5mm, 5-9mm and 9-12mm. This design also has a closed-circuit which saves material from leaving and returning to the cone crusher for further size reduction thus ensuring product quality is kept consistent, maximising any possibility of waste.
