Workflow: How the Rock Crusher Plant Operates
Feeding & Pre-Screening: The raw aluminum stone (up to 500mm) is fed into the ZSW3895 vibrating feeder. The feeder screens out smaller impurities before sending the large rocks to the next stage.
Primary Crushing: The PE750X1060 jaw crusher performs the primary heavy-duty crushing, reducing the large blocks into manageable mid-sized stones.
Secondary & Fine Crushing: The crushed materials are transferred via belt conveyors to the ZX 1400 compound cone crusher and 4.25ft cone crusher for multi-stage fine crushing. This combination guarantees high throughput and low wear costs.
Final Grading: The crushed materials reach the 3-deck 3YK1860 vibrating screen. Materials are separated into three distinct high-value commercial fractions: 0- 6 mm, 6- 19 mm, and 19- 38 mm. Any oversized material is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing, creating a perfect closed-loop system.
