Mineral Processing Plant Cases

Review turnkey mineral processing and gold recovery plant installations engineered by Zhongxin Heavy. Detailed case studies cover gold CIP/CIL cyanidation lines, copper ore flotation circuits, iron ore magnetic separation, and gravity concentration systems—complete with process flowsheets, equipment configurations, and verified mineral recovery rates.

Alluvial Gold Processing Plant & Placer Gold Recovery Solutions

Jiaozuo Zhongxin Heavy Industry’s alluvial gold processing plant is engineered specifically for the highly efficient, cost-effective processing of riverbed gold, placer gold deposits, and alluvial washery ores. By integrating heavy-duty scrubbing, high-efficiency screening, and advanced gravity concentration, our custom production lines maximize free gold recovery—capturing even sub-millimeter fine gold particles—without using harmful chemical reagents.
Configured with heavy-duty rotary trommel scrubbers, vibrating screens, mineral jig concentrators, and gold shaking tables, our eco-friendly solutions cater to small-scale operations as well as industrial mining plants with capacities up to 300 TPH. Zhongxin Heavy ensures maximum profitability and operational efficiency for demanding placer gold deposits across Latin America and global markets.

 High-Efficiency Alluvial Gold Beneficiation Process

The processing of alluvial and placer gold deposits requires an efficient physical liberation and gravity separation strategy to maximize the recovery of both coarse gold nuggets and sub-millimeter fine gold particles. Our turnkey gold washing plant integrates three high-efficiency process stages:

1.Disintegration, Scrubbing & Clay Desliming

Run-of-mine (ROM) gravels are fed into a heavy-duty Rotary Trommel Scrubber (Drum Washer). Equipped with high-pressure internal water jets and heavy breaker plates, the trommel scrubber thoroughly breaks down sticky clay matrices, liberating trapped free gold particles from gravel and silt.

2.Screening & Size Classification

The trommel screen classifies the washed slurry into distinct size fractions. Oversized barren rocks (+20 mm or +50 mm) are immediately discharged via a tailings stacking conveyor to optimize plant efficiency. The gold-rich fine fraction (-12 mm or -6 mm) passes directly to the gravity concentration circuit.

3.Multi-Stage Gravity Concentration (Rougher & Cleaner)

Primary Concentration (Roughing): High-g Centrifugal Gold Concentrators (Knelson / Knelson-type) or Hydraulic Mineral Jigs process the screened slurry at high throughput to capture coarse, medium, and fine free gold particles rapidly.

Secondary Concentration (Cleaning): The primary gold concentrate is fed to high-precision Gold Shaking Tables (Concentrating Tables) to achieve high-purity gold concentrates (85%–95% purity), ready for direct induction furnace smelting into Gold Doré bars.
