350 TPH High-Yield Pebble Crushing and Sand Washing Production Line

Mineral de oro

Faced with the increasing demand for high-quality concrete aggregates and manufactured sand, sourcing durable pebble crushing equipment has become a top priority for global quarry operators. Recently, our engineering team successfully commissioned a heavy-duty 350 TPH Pebble Crushing Production Line tailored for processing hard, highly abrasive river stone.

This turnkey pebble processing line is a stationary, multi-stage layout engineered to handle a maximum feeding size of 500mm. Integrating advanced pebble crushers with a high-efficiency hydro-wash system, this riverstone crushing plant not only reduces raw stone size but also delivers clean, premium cubical aggregates and high-purity washed sand (0-5mm, 5-9mm, 9-12mm). For global buyers comparing pebble crusher price options or looking for an industrial-grade river stone crusher, this project serves as a premier benchmark for efficiency and ROI.

Technical Specifications & Equipment Configuration

Processing river pebbles requires a robust configuration to counteract high wear and tear. Our optimized pebble production line utilizes a combination of compression crushing and hydraulic fine-shaping to maximize uptime.

Step-by-Step Process Flow: High-Performance Pebble Crushing

The entire riverstone crushing equipment matrix works in a synchronized, closed-circuit loop to guarantee a stable 350 TPH output:

1. Coarse Pebble Crushing (Primary Stage)

Raw river pebbles up to 500mm are dumped into the heavy-duty ZSW3895 Vibrating Feeder. The feeder grid screens out natural small debris while sending the large rocks evenly into the PE600×900 Jaw Crusher. This powerful pebble stone crusher quickly breaks the smooth, hard river stones down into manageable mid-sized fractions.

2. Secondary Reduction & Reshaping (Cone Crushing Stage)

The primary crushed material is then transferred via belt conveyors to the XHP300 Hydraulic Cone Crusher. As an industry-advanced riverstone crushing machine, the XHP300 utilizes inter-particle crushing principles. This is the critical stage of pebble crushing, where the machine forces the stones to crush against each other, drastically reducing wear on the liners while producing an excellent cubical shape free of flaky or elongated tension cracks.

3. Precise Screening & Hydro-Washing

The material processed by the pebble crushing machine is sent to the 3YK1860 Vibrating Screen:

1. Oversized rocks are automatically returned to the riverstone cone crusher for re-crushing.

2. The qualified 5- 9 mm and 9- 12 mm aggregates are stockpiled directly.

3. The 0- 5 mm fine sand particles are routed into the XS-3016 Sand Washing Machine. The wheel-bucket design thoroughly washes away mud and impurities, ensuring the final sand meets the strictest ASTM international construction standards.
