Starting capacitor problem: When the impact crusher does not start when powered on, but the wheel can rotate again when it is tapped by an object, it may be that the capacity of the two starting capacitors inside the motor has expired. At this time, the starting capacitor should be replaced before starting.

3. Current noise problem: If there is current noise inside the motor, it may be caused by slight leakage of the starting capacitor. If the current noise is too high and the motor cannot be started, it may be caused by a short circuit in the starting capacitor. In this case, the capacitor should be replaced with a new one of the same specifications.

4. Belt problem: Long operation time and long use time of the rubber V-belt cause the circumference of the impact crusher equipment to become longer due to tension during rotation. If the belt tightness is not adjusted in time, the V-belt may become loose, causing difficulty in starting. . At this time, the V-belt needs to be adjusted or replaced.

5. Material stuck: If the material in front of the feeder falls into the crushing cavity and jams the rotor due to shutdown vibration, it may also cause the impact crusher to be unable to start. At this time, it is necessary to clean the materials in the crushing cavity and start the machine again.

6. Other mechanical problems: There may also be other mechanical failures, such as damage to the tie rod spring and tie rod, tripping of the tie rod nut causing the toggle plate to come out of the supporting slider, or the toggle plate breaks and falls off, etc. At this time, the cause should be investigated and the damaged parts should be replaced or repaired.
