Phase 1: Heavy-Duty Primary Crushing (Jaw Crusher)
The initial stage of the gravel crushing line relies on the ZSW3895 vibrating feeder to continuously and evenly meter raw gravel into the PE600×900 jaw crusher. Gravel processing requires robust primary equipment capable of handling compressive strengths ranging from 147 to 245 MPa.

Phase 2: Secondary Precision Reduction (Hydraulic Cone Crusher)
After primary reduction, the material is transferred via heavy-duty belt conveyors to the XHP300 hydraulic cone crusher. River gravel is highly abrasive; however, the XHP300 multi-cylinder cone crusher uses an optimized interparticle crushing principle that forces stone-on-stone reduction. This not only significantly prolongs the service life of the manganese liners but also reshapes the aggregates, drastically reducing elongated or flaky particles to meet strict international concrete standards.
Phase 3: High-Efficiency Sorting & Sand Washing
The crushed material is sent to the 3YK1860 vibrating screen, which accurately sorts the stones into the targeted fractional markets: 0-5mm, 5-9mm, and 9-12mm. To eliminate clay, silt, and dust coatings from the fine fraction, the 0-5mm material undergoes intensive cleaning in the XS-3016 sand washing machine. This guarantees high-purity, premium-grade manufactured sand that commands top market pricing.
