1. 颚式破碎机轴承严重磨损或保持架损坏

一旦颚式破碎机轴承磨损,轴承的内外圈、滚动体和保持架会随时间发生尺寸变化,导致轴承游隙增大、运行精度降低,进而引起轴承温度升高、振动和噪音加剧。严重时可能导致过热、振动增大、轴承烧毁甚至轴弯曲。

2. 颚式破碎机轴承质量差且初始游隙不足

若轴承游隙未达到规定值,安装后游隙过小,运行中轴承会发热并逐渐升温。

3. 颚式破碎机轴承轴向定位不正确

轴承轴向定位存在缺陷,如迷宫环或轴承压盖安装不当,运行时偏心轴会向一侧移动,减小轴承游隙并导致轴承发热。

4. 颚式破碎机动颚轴承孔加工误差大

轴承孔加工误差过大导致同轴度超出允许值,安装后两个动颚轴承外圈的同轴度误差较大,游隙减小并引起轴承发热。

5. 颚式破碎机主轴加工存在问题

主轴两侧轴承轴颈的同轴度误差过大,超出设计允许值,导致安装后两端轴承内圈同轴度误差过大,游隙减小,引起轴承发热。

6. 颚式破碎机定位套筒的轴向窜动。

此时,拆下机架上的轴承盖,拧紧定位套筒,拆下飞轮或皮带轮,并更换新的定位套筒。
